This is our first backpack with such a classic look and an inverted U opening system. The backpack has one outer pocket closed with a zipper sewn at an angle and another inside, made of mesh and closed with a zipper. The back is stiffened with a removable panel made of Cordura, inside which there is foam and a plastic plate. When removed, it can be used as an insulating mat for sitting in the field.
